In the IgnitEDU Online Student Mental Health Course, you will have the opportunity to learn, build and strengthen your mental health foundation. In this course we cover the following areas:

1. What is the IgnitEDU Student Mental Health Course?

This course is an opportunity for you to take action for your mental health! Think of it like an online class, minus the quizzes, tests and research papers. You have the option to complete the course on your own or alongside peers with our Live Discussion. Our Live Discussion is the best option as it will provide you with an opportunity to build connections and community during this process.

3. Is it interactive?

Yep! It is not just Christina talking the whole time (nobody wants that). There will be discussions, group work, individual work, and more, all tailored so that you not only absorb the material, but are able to apply it to your mental health journey

4. How long does the course take to complete?

Once you enroll, you will have access to the first two modules. After that, each module is released every 4 days to allow you time to implement what you are learning. In total, it will take you about 4 weeks (28 days) to move through the entire course. 

5. Is it therapy?

This course is NOT therapy/counseling. This course is meant to provide foundational information and guidance. It does not replace professional therapeutic services. If you feel that you require more formalized therapeutic services, please connect with your insurance provider or local community mental health provider.
